Products & Orders
We offer boutique merchandise including custom and graphic apparel, personalized products, home and scented products, accessories, gifts, seasonal items, and other specialty merchandise.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, printing processes, and the handmade or customized nature of certain products.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or other reasonable circumstances. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the appropriate refund will be issued.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, and other personalization information before submitting an order.
Because personalized and custom products are created specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for returns or exchanges except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.
Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary depending on the product, customization, order volume, and season. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery dates may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original NYMB branding, photographs, product descriptions, website content, graphics, and other original materials appearing on this website belong to Not Your Mama’s Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
